2012/13 Subscription Renewal

From the 25th Anniversary of Les Miserablés to the sumptuous Cinderella, the 2011-12 season has been fabulous so far. And, of course, there are more great shows yet to come.

Today, though, I want to give you a sneak peak of the 2012-13 season. I’m thrilled to tell you that next season will mark the return of Jersey Boys. The Seattle Times calls it “vastly entertaining,” “timeless,” and “intoxicating.” It is sure to sell out again, but your 7-show subscription guarantees you a fantastic seat at a fantastic price.

This year we are pleased to announce that most subscribers can renew into the 2012-13 season online!

To renew online:


Overview:

  1. Log into your subscriber account by clicking "Log In" on the upper right hand corner of this page.
  2. Click "Renew Now" next to your 2012/13 subscription.
  3. Follow the subscription path to the end.  Please note that your renewal is not complete until you click "Submit Order" on the final page.


Detailed Instructions:

  1. Click the "Log In" link in the upper right hand corner of this page.
  2. Log into your subscriber account.  (If you have never logged into our website before, use the "Temporary Subscriber Login" button and enter your subscriber ID# and your zipcode as the log in and password respectively.)
  3. Click "Log In" - You will automatically be directed to your account page
  4. You will see your 2012/13 subsciption package with a "Renew Now" link.  (If you do not see your 2012/13 subscription package on this page, please call 206.625.1900 to renew.)  Click "Renew Now".
  5. A new window will open.  Confirm your section, seats and day by clicking "Continue".
  6. You will then be asked if you would like to add an additional parking pass (Remember:  One free pass is included for each of the seven shows for every pair of 7-show subscriptions).  
  7. Also on this page, you may request a seating change.  Any change requests are not guaranteed.  We will do our best to accommodate your request when we do our subscriber re-seating in the Spring after the final renewal deadline.
  8. Click "Continue" to see a summary of your 2012/13 subscription.  You are not done yet!
  9. Click "Checkout" and enter your credit card information.  Please note, your order is not complete until you click "Submit Order" on the bottom of this page!
  10. Verify your address.  If you need to change your mailing address, click "Edit" next to "Default Account Information"
  11. Click "Submit Order" to finalize your renewal!  You will receive an email confirmation within 10 minutes, and your subscription packet will be mailed to you this Summer.

Renew your subscription before or during your performance of Oklahoma! and leave with a free bottle of wine!

The 2012/13 Season is looking to be one of the most fabulous line-ups in 5th Avenue history!  Some classics, some incredible new musicals, and now we are raising a glass in preparation.

Renew into the 2012/13 season before or during Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Oklahoma! and go home with a sassy bottle of wine (red or white – your choice!) 

  • To renew during Oklahoma!, simply bring your form from home or the one that will be waiting for you on your seat to us in the lobby, and your wine will be waiting for you after the show!
  • If you have already renewed before your performance of Oklahoma!, just stop by the "EXPRESS" table in the lobby before the show or during intermission and let us know what kind of wine you would like. You will be able to pick it up on your way out that night.
  • If Oklahoma! is not part of your current subscription, stop by the Box Office during normal business hours between February 3rd and March 3rd to pick up your free bottle.  (Use the "Ticketing Info" button on the right for hours and address.)
